Please Note:
We require one night's deposit on all reservations under four nights.  For all other reservations, we require 50% of your total.    To receive a refund on your reservation due to cancellation, 21 days notice is required and a $10.00 processing fee will be assessed per cabin.  All deposits will be applied to your final nights reservation.  All reservations are subject to all  New York Taxes to be added to the posted rate.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, money orders and travel checks upon your arrival.  We do not accept personal checks.

Up to a three night minimum may be required for weekends during peak season.  From July 4 thru Labor Day, all units will be charged at the weekend rate.  Some special events and certain holiday reservations are charged at a higher rate.  Ask  about our "large party" rates and help in customizing your visit. 

 Reservations are priced without daily maid service, but of course the necessities and fresh towels are available everyday.  Your cleaning and sheet change will be mid week at your convenience.  Should you require full maid service please add 20% and request maid service when you make your reservation.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the cabins or units.  A fifty dollar bed cleaning charge will be assessed for smoking violations.  Smoking is allow on the grounds and ashtrays are provided.

Reservations arriving prior to Memorial Day weekend in May and arriving after Labor Day in September are discounted 10%  from the posted rate.  Should you be arriving late (after 1800) please let us know in advance.   Sometimes people stop along the way, so we ask that you call to let us know you are a late arrival.
